Dr. Wade Wallace

Brother Wade is the Senior Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church. He has served as Pastor since December of 2004.  Wade’s wife is Courtney and have two boys Jacob (wife Alissa) and Gabe.  Pastor Wade is a graduate of The Baptist College of Florida.  He  holds a Masters and Doctorate from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He enjoys fishing and turkey hunting. His favorite Bible Verse is Philippians 1:21. Contact Bro. Wade

Greg Weeks

Minister of Music

Greg joined us at Calvary Baptist Church in February of 2018.  Greg and his family live in Muscle Shoals, AL. He and his wife Tina have two children, Daylie Mayfield (Jonah) & Dalton. Greg is a graduate of The University of Montevallo and has been in music ministry for 36 years.  He is also the founder of Connection for the Lord Ministries, Inc., established in 1989. Jacob Wallace

Minister of Missions & Education

Jacob joined our staff in February of 2019 but he certainly is no stranger – he practically grew up in this church.  He and his wife Alissa have one child (Nash) and currently live in Tuscumbia, AL.  Jacob is a graduate of The University of North Alabama.  His passion is to serve and love others as Christ has loved us all.  His hope is to bring others joy, love and peace through the love that only Jesus can provide.          Contact Jacob
 

Margaret Holden

Financial Secretary

Margaret has been at Calvary since March of 1982.  Margaret lives in Russellville.  She has one daughter, DeAnn, who is married to Allen Hallmark.  She has three grandchildren; Lia, Lawson and Luke.  She enjoys football and baseball. Contact Margaret

Paula Pounders

Children’s Director

Paula is the newest member of the staff.  She became Children’s Director in April of 2021. Paula and her family, however, have been part of the Calvary Family for 14 years. She received her Early Childhood and Special Education degrees from UNA and completed her Master’s degree in Special Education at the University of Alabama. She taught 28 years in the Russellville City School System and is now serving as the math coach for Russellville Elementary. She and her husband Jeff have four children: Gracie, Lily, Selena, and Ben. Contact Paula

Nancy Harrison

Regina joined the staff at Calvary in April 2017.  Regina and her husband Terry have one son, Tyler.  The Childers live in Russellville.      Contact Regina
